De Schans 15 complex is centrally located between major cities in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam and The Hague, with great access to A4 and A12 highways. Zeeman chain stores has had its headquarter and logistic distribution center located here since 1980. The whole complex was comprehensively refurbished, modernized and improved in 2016. The property consists of 5,000 m² of modern office space and an impressive 41,000 m² distribution center with 59 loading docks.
