The second tower development is located in the center of the city adjacent to the Marriott Tower with perfect location across the Warsaw Central Railway Station. The landmark tower is designed in an ultimate functional form to create a complementary synergy with the renown Lim Centre and will be the focal international business and leisure skyscraper center of Warsaw to even top the Palace of Science and Culture (237m including spire) to become the tallest building in Poland.

One of the concepts for the second tower has been developed by the renowned Zaha Hadid Architects.

The first project by Zaha Hadid in Poland, the 70 storeys, 240 meters high tower would create an architectural landmark in Europe. incorporating 288 luxury apartments and 292 condominium hotel apartments, retail areas, a business center and a wellness center.
